Right of Withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, without needing to provide any justification.

Conditions for Return

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with the packaging intact.
• Customized or made-to-order products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
• The return period begins on the day you receive the order.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.

Refund

Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or different product than ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a reshipment or full refund at no additional cost to you.
